Careers

Do the most important work in annuities: telling people the truth.

We’re building a small team of exceptional people to set the standard for independent annuity reviews. If you know annuities, care about getting the details exactly right and want your work to protect real retirements, we want to hear from you.

Mission you can feel

Every review helps a real family understand a decision that shapes their retirement.

Craft over volume

We’d rather be exactly right than fast and approximate. Then we get fast.

Room to build

You’ll shape the methodology, the tools and the team from the start.

What we look for

Top-notch talent, defined.

Credentials matter. Character matters more.

ExactnessYou check the math twice, cite the source and notice when something doesn’t add up.
IndependenceYou tell clients the truth, including when the answer is “keep it.”
ClarityYou can explain a benefit base to a retiree and a scoring rule to a compliance officer.
OwnershipYou follow every thread to the end. Nobody waits on you to hear back.
CuriosityYou want to know how each contract actually works, not just what the brochure says.
CareYou remember there’s a family on the other side of every file.
Open roles

Where you could fit.
